Fish Tacos

Ok, so I rarely post recipes anymore but this one had to be shared!!!!

Onions (white)
Olive oil
Mexi Corn (canned)
Cumin 1/2 tsp
Salt and pepper to taste
Tilapia-this is the best fish I have ever eaten and it is at Aldi's!!! Fresh food next to the non frozen chicken and meats.
Salsa-This is located in the open fridgerator section.  Usually by the cheeses.
1. Heat oil in large pan on medium/high.
2. Brown onions in oil. 
3. Push onions to the side of the pan and add a little more oil. 
4. Add cumin, salt and pepper. 
5. Add fish to pan and set timer for 4 minutes. Cover with lid. 
6. At 4 minutes flip fish, some of the fish will stick to the pan and that's ok. Mix the onions and canned corn in with fish. Set timer for two minutes. 
7. Using tongs or spatula chop up/flake fish in pan. 
8. Cook for two more minutes or until it is done. 
9. Add all ingredients to tortilla and garnish with salsa. 
I did add a little bit of cheddar cheese to mine.
