1 bag all natural vegetables (I have used a multiple variation of vegetables)
6 Kirkwood chicken tenders
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1/4 cup Tuscan Garden teriyaki sauce
Seasoning for chicken: (Use as much as you like of the following)
Chili powder (not from Aldi but I know they have it there)
Salt and pepper
1. Thaw chicken and season.
2. Cook chicken on George Forman or skillet.
3. Sauté onions, vegetables, and minced garlic on medium high.
4. Add cooked chicken and sauce on medium low stir and serve.
