4 salmon filets
2 tablespoons honey mustard
1 can happy harvest asparagus
1 tablespoon extra virgin Olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Thaw filets (I did this in a bowl of warm water)
3. Season salmon filets.
4. Make a tin foil boat for salmon and asparagus.
5. Mix honey mustard and Olive oil in small bowl and spread on salmon and asparagus.
6. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
