Chicken fajita mix

4 Kirkwood chicken tenders
Red, yellow, and green peppers
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can of chopped chiles
Salt and pepper
2 tsp Chili powder (not from Aldi but think they have it)
1/2 tsp dried Oregano
1/2 tsp Garlic powder
2 tsp Cumin
2 tablespoons olive oil

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Mix seasonings and olive oil together, pour into a large Baggie, and add chicken to bag.
3. Let it sit for an hour or so to get the flavor into the chicken.
4. Dice up onions and bell peppers. Place in baking dish.
5. Do not drain tomatoes but drain the chiles, unless you want it really spicy.  Mix tomoatoes and chiles together in a bowl. 
6. Add chicken and chiles/tomatoes to the baking dish.
7. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.

I topped with salsa and made into a mexi salad.
