Bacon Wrapped Chicken

4 thawed Kirwood Chicken Breasts
1 can Chefs Cupboard Cream of Chicken soup
1 package Appleton Farms sliced bacon
1/2 cup light sour cream

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Wrap raw chicken in bacon and place in baking dish.
3. Mix sour cream and cream of mushroom soup together.
4. Pour over chicken and cook for about an hour or until the inside is cooked.

  1. Just a suggestion, but I like crispier bacon so I mix the cream cheese with canned mushrooms and/or other spices to taste and put inside the chicken (make a slit and stuff it), then wrap with bacon and bake it so the bacon isn't so floppy LOL :)
